Spyre Sports is not “in-house” as this writer states. That would be illegal under TN state law. They are a 3rd party sports marketing agency in Knoxvegas that has created this slush fund… errr Collective. Here is a link to established collectives I came across.

Good Find. The article inside the Athletic says that the Vol Collective is indeed housed and has employees that work and share information inside the university. The Collective is indeed a non-university "Collective" Boy the buyer of Skip Wise and others, our own BC Inabinet , owner of Defender chemicals would have absolutely loved this period in college athletics.

It does bother me on some level, when looking at the schools on this list, that Clemson may be falling behind if some of our money alum do not step up quickly.

Well we will see how it all works out. It may be the end of college football for many programs as far as ever really being able to compete.
