talent is like potential. If you can't show what you can do, it's not real. My guess is that our current situation is a combination of talent and coaching.

That said, leggett reminds me of bobby bowden to a degree... he was good in his day, but his day was 10 years ago. how long do you keep him on for being really good in the 1990's??

Got to try and handle this delicately imo or you could ruin your chance to get a quality guy to replace him... Nothing is going to change if we keep the same guy in place doing the same things he always has. Maybe we can make a place for him in the administration somewhere?

GOD HELP US! Losing is one thing but we are getting beat to a pulp! Either
we aren't getting quality players and the stats are wrong OR we have a coaching staff that can't coach. This is beyond embarresing, I feel so sorry for the player!
