Question about Tik Tok and other social media

I generally keep my phone on silent mode. Almost exclusively TBH.

I have been pretty removed from social media (Facebook, Insta, OF) for the last 1.5 yrs.

When do people have the opportunity to watch all of these videos with sound on? That part has always puzzled me.
