QB he should stop flirting with other schools on Twitter.
The CU coaches didn't just decide to go after other kids on a whim, they clearly saw this kid's "committment" was shaky and wanted to keep other options open.

there....a LOT....obviously the coaches realize this as well and have moved onto others. If you get wrapped around the axel with every good player that you must have you'll never build a good class....especially with these kids who play games and love the attn.

a little better than good. I agree with your sentiments but to say he is no better than the other 100 QB is just WRONG.

DW is more than a good QB, he is a stud and one that comes along every so often. Don't try to down play this kid, he is very very good and we need him

I don't think he is upset. He said he appreciated the coaches letting him know they were offering another QB. I am sure he understands the numbers situation.

IMHO, we need to have three scholarship QBs who would all be capable of winning a game for us if called upon.
Creates intense and hopefully healthy competition for the job and avoids having your season go down the drain because of an injury.
With Boyd, Stoudt and Kelly, I think we have that situation right now, but unless we recruit well this year, we won't have it down the road.

We need a QB on the bench who will have Chad Kelly looking in his rear-view mirror every practice and on evey play in every game. We need a guy who can push Kelly hard and maybe even take his job if he gets too comfortable.

Woulard and Watson will push Kelly from day one. I think in the ideal world. Woulard comes in and redshirts. Then battles Kelly for the starting job when Tahj leaves.
