On ebay today is an empty can of Wernesgrüner for $3.89.

I prefer beer in cans for many reasons.
Today was in town buy some flowers to plant, and ran across Wernesgrüner at Aldi in 16.9 oz cans. I bought all they had.

I'll let have yall have the empties at a dollar a can.

and if they had beer at their house at parties, Aldi is where it came from. I suppose over the years it's fair to assume I've tried most of the Aldi brands at least once, but none of them stick out as a clear memory. Maybe I'll stop on the way home and grab some of this Wernerklemperer beer you're touting and see if it lives up the article below.

Werne­sgrüner is a decent Pils.
Aldi also has Brens which is a Pale Lager and OK.
