Based on recruiting, it looks like Tennessee has finally put out the dumpster fire and is starting to rebuild. You could be in trouble unless you can manage to find another #1 recruit in the nation from Rock Hill. I'm thinking Ol' Steve will probably hang it up once U.T. gets rolling again.

It just invites them to keep coming here.

it is only pushed to top of board if that is how you have your board settings. Otherwise, it just stays at the time it was posted

What do you mean by that invites them. Our Mods has open the door wide open for them. If anyone wants them to get a message, they better write it here on T-Net. There is no one left at coot central to see a message. They all have moved to T-Net, and the only way to evict them is to curb stomp them. Then they will move out in droves.

the worm is about to turn and we start kicking that coot a$$ again. No way he sticks around for that. He can go out now and talk about how he turned it all around, built a strong program, and got the best of Dabo and Clemson. Now way he hangs around long enough to risk any of that. Plus he's getting pretty old for a football coach.

Not sure if they can land that level of talent consistently, unless there are some more players in South Carolina that we don't know about.

I believe the only way he retires this yr is if he wins the SEC or completely tanks. Neither seems that likely, given their schedule. My coot cousin tells me he is going to coach until he breaks the Bear's rcd for most SEC wins. Don't know how many he has to go but that doesn't seem probable either. Didn't Bryant win a good many at UK before he went to Bama? Seems to me if OBS wanted to eclipse that record he'd have just stayed at UF....where it might be possible. Regardless, I'll be glad to see him go. Smug bastage.

Including his tenure at Kentucky....

Bear Bryant had 160 SEC victories (22 at Kentucky and 128 at Bama) which took 33 seasons to achieve.
Spurrier currently has 122 (87 at Florida and 35 at $CU)over twenty seasons.
Spurrier has averaged a little more than four $EC wins per year while at $CU. If he could manage 5 or 6 wins per year, he would catch Coach Bryant in 2019 or 2020 seasons.
I don't think anyone realistically expects Spurrier to coach another 6 or 7 years but his ego is so big you just never know.

He will retire in February after the curb stomping that Dabo and our Clemson Tigers puts on him in November. He will most likely retire right after National signing day. Leaving all that signs with coots hanging by the neck until dead. The coots will sure die when spurprick leaves!!!

how some of yall assume you are going to "curbstomp" us when we have beat you by dojble digits the last 4 years. What has clemson gained that USC hasnt? Or what has USC lost that Clemson hasnt? It should be a good gamr no doubt but you arrogance is comical. For the last 4 offseasons you have made these comments, just chalk it up to being a competative game.

Hasn't Clemson been out-recruiting South Carolina for a while as well?
Who knows though, Butch Jones may be a great coach, unlike some people who have Chad Morris as their O coordinator.

Rivals had UT ranked ahead of us, just like they did Clemson in 2010 and 2011 as well. That and the fact that we had beaten them 2 of the previous 3 when Clowney arrived on campus should help us sleep at night. Not to mention, it's June. We've got our annual trip to a certain midwestern city to worry about right now.
