What I'd like to see is Hood's runner at end

and the call that decided the game with the free throws. From what I hear, it should have been a no-call, and this is too bad.

As for Rod, it seemed like a good no-call. We need to be getting a shot off in that situation, not running through a hole like a running back in desperation and looking for a foul to bail us. When you do this, usually you don't get it, esp. if you are a smaller guy.

He did not get "knocked down". He stumbled through the hole like a running back.

and he got fouled...his arm was pulled as you can clearly see in the replay and the pictures being posted..it was a definite ######## non-call...

The Hood play is 3 posts below this on the NBC sports thread.

I saw it. Clearly, KJ ran into him as he drove.

On our end, what you have is a flash hand-reach that the ref missed.

Rod's natural instinct - and I guess what the coach says "we practiced this play" - is to drive all the way. He's not going to take a shot from outside. Problem is, he stumbled through the hole and did not get the shot off.

But in the bigger picture, I never saw us as an NCAA tream anyway. I don't see this as "a play away from the NCAA's" as Brownell sees it. We are an NIT level team, let's just face it.

Duke ain't that good either.

Precisely.,,,did he plan on shooting? Or was he trying to

Draw a foul? He only had 3. Something seconds. You've got to get a shot off, If your Clemson. If you're Duke.,,,well.,,draw a foul.
Anyway.,,, I'm definitely proud of our team. They fight, they don't give up!
Go Tigers!!

regarding Rod Hall and the no-call, there was too much contact there for nothing to be called.

Right, both before and after the ball comes loose.

Also, lots of folks seem to miss that he was hip checked to the ground as well.
