A family friend (one of my brothers best friends) took his own life this morning. As you can imagine it left his family & friends with questions that will probably never be answered. Please pray for his family, he had three children who will be growing up without a father.
I hope that everyone who reads this knows that someone out there genuinely cares about you, even if it's someone you would least expect. If there's a person on this board who has suicidal thoughts please seek out help...from anyone. A friend, family member, crisis hotline, someone on t-net or even me. There's someone out there that will listen without judging & wants to see you triumph through any obstacle life throws at you.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. My favorite thing about T-net is when someone needs prayers everyone drops the pointless college football talk & people come together for one person. Even if it's just a football forum, prayers go a long way for the people that need them.

by way of suicide. A very empty feeling with so many unanswered questions for the families and friends. Very sad. Will say a prayer for your friends, and for you for your sincere offers of help.

Praying for this family...what a tragedy. At times like this, our little problems and certainly concerns about our sports program pale in significance to what this family is facing. May God give them the peace that surpasses all understanding at this time and in the days ahead!
