but getting a free ride on the goodness & greatness of our beloved TN friend JOE21 was not the intended objective, but instead maybe our lofty football recruiting good fortunes were b/c of him looking out for us from above.

Joe attended football games in person at Death Valley from 1955 thru 2019 until Covid & age slowed him down a bit but still watched our Tigers in 2020 & 2021 from home.

If you remember, he had 4 choice seats offered to him in 1955 after he & Coach Frank Howard met at the post office buying stamps.

Would give a bag of bitcoins to have heard Joe & Coach chat and I'd bet a Silver $ that the name BUDDY was given in kindness to Mr. JOE!

And, thanks to both of these unique Men for what they gave to make CLEMSON what it is today!
