Post-game Thoughs: You cannot give this 2021 Defense enough praise

-The Defense has been unbelievable. Scary to think what our record would have been this year with even a slightly-above-average D.
-Goodrich, Miles Murphy, KJ Henry, and Booth played a h€ll of a game tonight. Also the entire secondary played lights out, locking down in coverage and forcing Purdy to scramble or throw it away.
-The backup LBs deserve alot of credit filling in for Skalski. When he went out, we were down Skalski, Patterson, Venables, and Spector at MLB. #30 McGuire is going to be a good one.
-Despite a rare miss by Potter tonight (after hitting 13 straight FGs, most of those being from 45+, it is good to know he's coming back next year. It's hard to imagine there will be a better kicker in CFB. If you take away the FSU game, I believe Potter only missed 2 FGs all year and might would have won the Lou Groza.
-The turning point of the season was the goal line stop at Louisville to win the game. If they score there and hit the XPT, we fall to 5-4
