Bowl season stopped being special a long time ago

When 5-7 teams started getting invited. Its no longer a reward for a good season. Outside of the playoffs, its in all honestly just a post season scrimmage in this day and age.

Every kid wants to believe he is the next Super Bowl MVP when in fast most will only see the NFL on tv. Bowls are pretty much a waste now if you want to compare teams before opt outs.
