http://www.picresize.com/ maybe this will do it. Seems like max pic size is 1 mb.

1 MB still way more than needed, 100 kb a plenty.***

Microsoft Office Picture Manager

Save a copy of the file as "Photo Name"-Compressed or something to differentiate from the original file. Open the copied file just created (Compressed file name) with MOPM. If that's not your default, right click on the photo(s), and select "Open With." MOPM should be an option. Once open, there is an Edit Pictures option. Click on Edit Pictures. On the box that pops up on the right, there is a Compress Pictures option. Select Compress Pictures. Then select what type of compression you'd like (Documents, Web pages, Email). There is an estimated total size section that tells you the compressed file size. Click okay once you're ready, and it'll do its thing. Save the image once done. Good luck!

Size of Example...

Original size was about 1.6 MB. I compressed to the largest compressed sized (for Documents). It ended up being about 22 kB. Uploaded fine and is still large enough to see what's going on.

Great! Glad to help.

I actually compressed all of my wedding photos and fit all 6 or 7 CDs worth of pics onto a digital picture frame. Compressing makes the picture size smaller, but you can't tell at all on the frame. Just another practical use.
