and beat Tennessee, and I mean like embarrassing beat down, and to beat us at home, breaking multiple streaks and aiding at least if not keeping us out of the playoffs. Not saying he's amazing, but he has my attention right now. Not even saying I'd hire him, but he did things SC hasn't been able to do in a while.

So did Paul Dietzel, so did Lou Holtz, so did Steve Spurrier. All had some success.........then the CURSE kicked in. All three were spouting gibberish and eating through a feeding tube after a few years in Cootville. Other coaches, who had no success there, were seen under blankets in full beards and hoodies on the floor at the bus station trying to sneak out of town incognito.

I like him and hope he can keep the shamecox competitive. The rivalry is more fun when the coots have a pulse.

I like the guy personally, I would like to see him somewhere else where the fans aren’t insane and demanding things they have never earned before but few like they’re due just because the better team in the state has gotten them. But I hope he has success, he seems like a good person.

No and I don't like Beamer, but Frank was a well respected coach who is in the College Hall of Fame. Frank was happy at VT, never left and was just not at a school that was going to attract the best players year after year. Dabo is in the same situation and that is what makes him so special because of the players he has recruited and all the Championships we have won and continue to win.

lose the next week to Duke or WF. I'd say thats who lil Beamer is so far. He's better than muschamp or tommy west but I'd say he's on par with TB. Had the portal been a thing in TB's tenure I could see a scenario where we ##### ourselves out to transfers like Beamer is going to do on a yearly basis. He has to, to compete in the SEC with UGA, Tenn, and FLA. I can see them operating solely off the portal for years to come. Different team every year. Some bad some good.
