Not that what makes Dabo great can be reduced to a simple formula and replicated, but he has given everybody a blueprint. It works for Dabo, at Clemson, and people are catching on. For years people have tried to emulate Saban; I can remember people on here arguing that a great coach had to be an acehole, and a friendly, likeable guy would never cut it.
