You "Young People", as Danny Ford would say, have never lived through a truly horrible era of Clemson Football. You have no idea how bad things can happen in a short amount of time. We were living high on the hog until Danny Ford was force out by an administration that didn't want an Alabama Redneck running the program, but a "yes man" which they got in Ken Hatfield and that was the beginning of a very dark period...I don't even want to think of the Red Parker or Hootie Ingram era...Gawd!

You've have it good. This is the greatest era that Clemson Football has ever experienced. We have a good Christian Man with an great work ethic and really does his best to mold his players into the type of men this country needs. We could have a seedy SEC crook that thinks more winning and treats his players like rented donkeys that are disposable commodities.

I can forgive your impatience because you have never really seen hard times. The older fans that are griping have no excuse. They remember bad times. They remember "Clemsoning", they remember the "ACC Wheel of Destiny", getting to any bowl as a victory.

While not exactly similar, FSU did a pretty good job of running off a man that had just won them a national title a few years ago and look at where the are now. No bowl with a HC that is way out of his depth.

take us for back to back to back to back 10-2 seasons to a losing season. It only took another 20 years after than to get back to a 10 win season and an ACC championship.

I hate that they didn't get to experience those times. It sure would make them appreciate what we have going on today.

opposed to that train wreck on Saturday where the coots beat us by scoring 21 points less than we did.

Dabo better get this corrected by the coot game next year or else that seat is going to be red hot.
