Penn State Game on Tuesday

This is actually a big game for us. ACC/Big Ten Challenge, and we get them on our home court. They are 6-1, and have some solid players. This is the hardest game remaining on our non-conference schedule. Towson has had a good start, but we should win that game. Loyola Chicago (2-4) and Richmond (3-3) have both struggled this year.
Penn State is a very small team. They are tall in the back court, but their two leading rebounders are 6'6 and 6'4. We really need to dominate down low. I'm looking for Schef, Hall, and Godfrey to have big games.
Their offense flows through Jalen Pickett who is a very good player. He's averaging 15 ppg, 6.6 Reb, and 7.6 assists per game.
I really like our match up with them, and I think we win this game. If we could win this game and get rolling heading into conference play, then watch out! Our first 6 conference games are all very winnable with the toughest game being at VT. We play NC State, GT, Pitt, and Louisville all in the first 6 ACC games.

You don’t have to rub it in Judge. We know you’re happy the Clemson fan base is ticked at the football program. Nothing that happened Saturday erases the fact Brown-L is a pitiful basketball coach.

Yep, I think the other 4 games I listed are against bad teams. I think wake is a good team, but it is also a winnable.

Thry are a good team thay many are saying could be a darkhorse in the BIG to finish in the top third of the division. Only loss was in Charleston Classic in a real close defeat to a good Va Tech team that is bigger than Clemson. Also beat two good teams there in Colorado State and Furman. Their backcourt is considered one of the best in the BIG. They also played one game Friday night, and Clemson has a short turnaround playing Friday and Saturday night with just probably one day to practice with probably resting today.

It's a huge game

both December league games are winnable. We've been more consistent and the defense has improved. We should be able to rebound against them. There's a chance to go on a good run here beginning with this game.
Penn St is the second best team we'll have played other than Iowa

I hope by acc he is close to 100%. Luckily with him getting limited minutes, Schef and others have gotten some much needed experience.

Good to know that we have some struggling mid-majors ahead of us and a softer ACC opening stretch to contend with to build some momentum. If Brad and his new (old) assistants can turn the tide on one score games (0-2 to start this season unfortunately) in our favor, we stand a fair chance of making it to the post-season.

The line that people are betting actual money on indicates a pick em. Something tells me if that dumb site would have had Clemson as a slight favorite, you wouldn't have posted.
