Verified my account 6 ways to Sunday.

Bought some more coinage. Sold it, and now they have placed a hold on it. Ostensibly to ensure the transaction is valid. I kindly reminded the operator this is a transaction between me and PayPal, not Joe's Electronics in Modesto, California. This isn't an Ebay purchase. It's just me and PayPal.

Then asked lady if she was questioning PayPal's ability to provide the funds.

What they're doing is placing a hold when the coin market is rising. That way they can sit on your purchase and ride it up for another week, then "release" your money to you at the price you sold it at a week earlier, having pocketed however many days the hold was in extra profits. I'd wager you get the funds immediately if your coin is dropping.

Pure shittiness IMO.
