Catching up with Diondre Overton

Clemson has had some superstar athletes play the 9-man position over the course of the last three years in Nuk Hopkins, Sammy Watkins and Mike Williams. Diondre Overton may just be the perfect fit to take the reigns when Williams departs as what will probably be a high-round NFL draft pick. Where does Clemson stand with the 4-star receiver? I really hope we get this guy. If he is looking for a place that feels like home, and wants the coaches to be dedicated to him, I can not think of a better place than Clemson University. Also it's a big plus that Pollard is a childhood friend. Hope to be in the stands hearing TOUCHDOWN DIONDRE OVERTON for years to come. Come and join the real WRU. GO TIGERS!!!

it isn't Pollard who was his childhood friend, it is Powell. Both Pollard and Powell were there and were in that picture. Sean Pollard is the lineman
