Parking Question for Valley Walk/Tiger Park

With changes to what it's costing to keep your parking nowadays, I am starting to wonder about these places that you buy a parking spot. I called Tom Winkopp's office about Valley Walk and am getting some information on it. They have some spots available. I have not had luck finding anything available on Tiger Park. Does anyone know anything about buying spots there? Do you just have to find someone selling? Anyone have information on new developments that might be happening aside from Valley Walk and Tiger Park?

Tiger Park is Sold Out

We got a spot when they first opened and are right next to the developers. We've turned down $30k for the spot. If you want one, I think the only way to get it is to buy from an owner. The city is making a fortune with the taxes on those spots. We pay a couple hundred a year and probably double that in dues.
