Compensation increases

So far my employer has announced compensation increases for non-exempt employees and certain classes of exempt employees (mostly engineers). This is part of "a plan designed to reset compensation practices to better align with an upward trending market." In other words, not our normal yearly increase. I'm sitting here like...

Pretty decent cheeseburger. Unfortunately there are not many places to eat in Jackson SC or New Ellenton SC. On top of that it takes 30 minutes rounds trip which doesn't include eating. So I'll keep eating my little frozen meals and treat myself occasionally to make a trip to Aiken and the CFA drivethrough.

Mostly in B area in one of the big buildings down the hill. I spent about 6 weeks there in 2009 also.

the federalis. The automatic 5% of salary put into the 401k plan is a nice perk though. But definitely going backwards on the raise.

My guess is that nobody even looked at nor did they even know how I did performance wise; I've had 3 bosses in 6 months. 2 of those bosses had no idea what I do and I had to train them on what my group owns.
I hope to have a new job by this time next year.
