Panthers gunning for dw4

Read the panthers have been letting go of several players to free up cap space (20 mill). They really want Watson. Would you be willing to let go go mcafferty and more 1st rd picks to get Watson. Do the panthers have a better o line and wrs that would help Watson. I would love to see dw4 in a panthers uni next year but at what cost.

Running backs are worthless and a dime a dozen, I like McCaffery but that was a terrible contract that the Panthers gave him, all RBs no matter their talent should never be signed beyond their rookie contracts--just so easily interchangeable in the NFL.

As long as the Panthers keep their second round picks, give them 3-4 1st rounders, better value anyway and can usually get one of your top needs/guys on your boards then. The first 5-10 picks in a draft are usually the only "consensus" picks, from about 15 on, every team has mixed values.

So yes, please Panthers, bring DW4 home!

offensive weapons, to another franchise in the same boat would not interest me if I was Watson. I guess we may find out just how badly he really wants out of Houston.

I don't really expect a trade to happen until either right before the draft, or after he starts holding out of training camp. If he has taken it this far, he pretty much has to hold out if he is still there come training camp.
