Maddie Moore was outstanding with some of the grabs and stops she made and quick throws to throw out the runner. Very little gets past her.

Logoleo had some great grabs, too, and showed some good judgement with some no-throws that could have resulted in errors and wouldn't have made it to first in time, anyway, so not worth the risk.

Clark had a great sliding catch in the outfield and all the outfielders kept things under control and backed up the infield really well.

Was tons of fun to watch them and how much fun they had out there each game. Moore's enthusiasm is so infectious and fun to watch!

Really hoping they can shock the softball world this weekend. Go Tigers!

(Saturday) was probably the BEST DEFENSIVE TEAM EFFORT on a Diamond that I’ve ever witnessed, regardless of gender or level of play . . . the defense is the reason Cagle pitched a 2-hit shutout (PERIOD).

The first time I saw Maddie field a ball, I knew she was a player. She has "IT".

You are correct, that was a great performance. In softball you have to field it clean and get rid of it quickly. They were unbelievable.

I think that the time off really helped Logoleo get healthy. Her feet and lower legs were really banged up by fouling balls off her feet and shins. I think it was impacting her range and ability to plant her throwing foot. She looked like her early season self this weekend.
