Scary thought right?! I’ll admit, I was upset when Bates left but wow Eason is a beast on the recruiting trail. He is a Clemson man through and through and it’s apparent that this is his dream job at his alma mater.

Eason is a huge upgrade from Bates on recruiting time will tell on the coaching. Hope it works out he truly seems to love Clemson like we do.

as a weekly guest speaker during the 2020 or 2021 season in his then capacity as an NFL D-line coach. The visit was first class and the largely Bulldog group enjoyed Nick's personality and message. No doubt Dabo Swinney thought this hire through, and the hire was a win-win for Nick to return to his alma mater and coach up these young men.

He's a strong asset and a great Ambassador for Clemson University. We are blessed to have him. I wonder if Christian Wilkins would entertain returning to the Clemson sideline once his playing career has ended. I bet guys would gravitate towards him also

I believe Nick is outperforming bates in regards to recruiting DLinemen....

Nick has been here one year. How many playoffs and nattys did Bates win? Maybe we peaked under him, but he could pull in some players. Look at the NFL as reference.
