when we first got O365 - our IT guy said OneDrive sucked too hard to not use Dropbox. So we were paying for Dropbox too. Now he says OneDrive is improved so we want to switch to OneDrive which is effectively free for non-profits

Last year they actually removed the desktop client from their download site because it couldn't sync very well. Having said that, it's pretty good now.
*Although they don't do a good job explaining it, OneDrive and OneDrive For Business are two completely separate programs, which can cause problems when "it doesn't work."

at least that's what my IT dept preaches. I'm sick of it. We use something that I can't even remember the name of. It's tied in with outlook I think.

Because when someone gets an AIDS virus in their dropbox it infects everyone else's dropbox so our firewall throws up a warning 10x a second until I get out of dropbox.
