I have to agree with all three statements. There will always become a time for change. Jack has been around for a long time, so long that he has settled into the same O same O. And Jack is one of those I believe that will not let it go on his own like folks are wishing he would. I don't know Jack personally, but from what I've always heard about him, he is a great guy. Jack could be successful again I think if he had another asst. on the level of O'Sullivin or Corbin when they were Jack's asst's.

Maybe give him a long term contract with a huge buyout clause and salary increase...that's our usual response to a struggling Coach..
The program has been in decline for several years but I have developed a "who cares" attitude after repeated criticism for mentioning it. God Bless Jack.He is doing his best.
