This is a scenario that I think, if the conference champion turns out to be one of those teams, it doesn't deserve to be in the playoffs.

Even "Mr. SEC" Paul Finebaum himself said the other day on the radio that the East teams were so bad that they didn't deserve to play in the SEC Championship. Marcus Spears said that whoever played the West in this year's Championship had 0% chance of winning the SEC title. He also said "Don't look at the uniforms look at the teams on the field playing because they're terrible".

Mark Packer has been saying all along that you could make an All-Star team of the SEC East teams and play Alabama and they'd still lose, and it wouldn't even be close.
