One question about last night

Oct 2, 2022, 9:40 AM

Was it as great on TV as it was in person?

I always record the games and watch them later. Maybe this afternoon?

It was good, but wish I could have been there in person, but those 1700 mile round trips are hard on this old guy .

We lived away from SC for 30+ years and could not go to games. Got back close enough in 2014 and with the exception of the Covid year haven’t missed a home game since. I am so glad we made that move. Yesterday was a great day of family and Clemson football. Doesn’t get much better as far as I’m concerned.

Aside of the gazillion commercials yes it was fun to watch. From the loading of the buses to the look of intensity on the players and daboa face to the the light show to the fans. They really did do a good job. Announcing and commercials would be the only complaints.

Seemed like a lot of tv timeouts sitting in the stadium too. But they are doing a good job of keeping the crowd in the game during the timeouts. Definitely the best environment I have seen there since before Covid.

The Tiger crowd put on a great showing. Loud the whole game, voiced opinions to Refs clearly. Very much into it. Still trying to get used to the new lights. At times both the upper deck and on the field go dark. Other than that Yes. The crowd was ELECTRIC!!!!

GO TIGERS!!!!

The coverage of the bus ride and run down the hill was exceptional- brought chills. The shots of the stadium and atmosphere demonstrated for the world why Clemson is THE Death Valley. The game was the best of a day when there were many great games. Great day to be a Tiger.
