them with respect to their NIL activities recently would be if they encouraged Adam Randall to decommit from Clemson by dangling a potential huge NIL contract before him?

Adam Randall was an early enrollee who participated in Spring Training, but was injured & sidelined until sometime in Fall Camp.

There may not be many, if any, rules about NIL but there are rules about recruiting protocals. What I would like to see from the NCAA is a list of recruits that Miami will no longer be able to recruit or sign to send a message to all NCAA schools.

I know, I know, the NCAA doesn't have a set big enough to do anything like that but it would be nice.
