Feelsgoodman.jpeg getting a price locked in before building materials costs go up even more. And to think, I did it all without soliciting Lunge advice about dealing with real estate agents.
On a separate note, man it's going to be great to get home to SC. It's been nice here, but let's just say living in CVille makes Charleston feel like a republican haven.

It ain't quite Charleston level, but it definitely isn't great. Resale market so picked over and competitive for decent stuff, was easier for us to build to get what we wanted. Only paying a slight premium, well worth it IMO.
