crowd never consider the living being in them (aka fetus, human being, baby, child & soon to be relative called a Daughter or Son)?
Saying, doesn't the LIVING, unprotected unborn have a say or RIGHTS too!
A general sign of arrogance, disrespect of life, me-me-me attitude which is what you get from women who didn't respect themselves & their bodies enough in the first place by having unprotected sex.
Thus, in most cases it probably can be said it's all caused by instant gratification and not thinking of the consequences that will affect them & others involved.
I know, i know..many of us have been there and dodged a bullet or had the child.

Instead of focusing on being mad (i.e., emotional) that women are the gender which gets pregnant, it will help if all women focus on objective reality:
Women get pregnant as a typical outcome from sex.
Men do not get pregnant as a typical outcome from sex.
Your (emotional) suggestion that men get vasectomies as the remedy for this objective reality is stupid, and you know it.
Do all men get vasectomies? That would be the only certain means by which women would not face the risk of pregnancy.
Do all women practice homosexual sex as a means of avoiding the risk of pregnancy? Sure, do what you want with whomever you want.
But being angry about the women = risk of pregnancy reality is simply an unproductive way for women to live their lives. Deal with the objective reality. Take responsibility for what can happen if something goes 'wrong' via active sex. Birth control pills (for those who can handle them). Diaphragms and contraceptive creams for those who don't tolerate the pill. Morning after pills for when the man & woman 'forget' to take preventative measures.
Deal with reality (action oriented) instead of being mad (emotionally oriented) about it.

Also, you may not be aware that unwanted pregnancies can and do happen WHILE USING PROTECTION. And while on birth control. You know this right?
Finally, let's play out a scenarion where one of your family members (and I wouldn't wish this on anyone) is raped. Raped by a liberal gamecock fan. Now apply your stance. Baby has rights even though the women's were illegally taken from her. Women didn't respect her body? Arrogance? Instant gratification? No self respect? Nah, you'd have a whole different attitude on that wouldn't ya gramps?

This focus on the 'exceptions' to the usual situation involving unwanted pregnancy are the biggest reason for the magnitude of the problem.
Move the ball forward: Women should be encouraged to be responsible for the objective truth that it is they who get pregnant, and that being vigilant with birth control measures has the biggest benefit for women. This B.S. of pandering to irresponsible women and blaming it on something other then the inaction / lack of preparation by these irresponsible women only serves to provide false hope for them.
Acceptance by women to be responsible for their own bodies would eliminate the large majority of unwanted pregnancies.
Focus on the main course, not the appetizer; stop with the distractions and get the basics right.

I agree in a perfect world there would be more responsibility taken both by the women AND the men before and after a baby is born. Wouldn’t that be great and it sounds so logical and easy. The reality is that’s not what happens all the time. You clowns that have no empathy or idea what it’s like are what’s causing women to fight back even harder.
