droning on and on about tax credits - started with saying you can’t buy and sell them then has proceeded to talk for 45 minutes now on how he works with large corporate clients to squeeze the law to get credits to lower their tax burden and this can be a good return for the party that has the credits to sell, that you’re not really selling but you get paid for them but there is some risk of negative capital account issues and you need to be careful with tax allocation issues oh, and you can sign a deficit restoration something or another dealing with I don’t know maybe 25% of your losses but you might suspend them or allocated and you gotta stay in all these percents, safe harbor definitions, code numbers and so so and so on blah blah blah blah blah

I’ve got an hour more to go
