Okay, so it's sigining day and all, but in my opinion this

post is a great one, for many different reasons. Seems fitting for another solid signing day. This archived post paints an accurate big picture, in my view. It seems to have a lot of intuitive and accurate bullet points about our "CEO", our program, the program transparency, and the long-term and honorable/ethical vision, etc. IT was posted on December 10th, well before the Orange Bowl win. Nicely done. IMO.

If we ran Dabo off, we'd be idiots....win at all costs soul sellers. If you can't see that guy's passion, you're nuts. If you can't see how much he's cleaned up the program with discipline and accountability, you're nuts.......{John} Bunting said that Dabo has transformed the program into a model program in the eyes of other coaches and NFL people to the point to where it's a place that many would beat down the door to be around.

wholeheartedly agree! Clemson is doing all the right things.

That starts with the head coach - Dabo Swinney.

he's doing a fine job & like Al Pachino said...

he's "just gettin' warmed up!!!"

but i appreciate the kind words. I'm no wordsmith or English major and I'm not a Clemson alum. I'm an SCSU proud Bulldog alum who happens to be a Tiger fan since '77 when i went to my first game with my Pop and Uncle...the '77 ND game. I also happen to be a Marine Corps grunt who doesn't do a lot of writing so I apologize for my punctuation and bullet writing format. I think Dabo could end up being the best coach in Clemson history for a number of reasons. I loved Danny and always will. His years were my middle and HS years when I became a true Tiger fanatic but Dabo is on to something we may have never had in terms of character, players graduating, players being Tigers for life, players in the NFL still shouting out their Clemson pride, etc. He's a class act, running a class program, and building a national power again before our eyes. Yes, we need to beat the hell out of the Chickens over and over and that will come. It will come because their program will never BE Clemson because it doesn't have the character Clemson has from top to bottom. Shallow things can have success but it won't last. Dabo, I believe, will put in 20 years at Clemson if he doesn't change the course. I suspect he won't. I've taken heat on here before because of my passion for Clemson, having not attended Clemson. I was a scholly athlete and band scholly Marching 101 member at SCSU so I went there and loved it. However, back then we never played Clemson in anything so i was never conflicted other than folks in my dorm room wondering why my Tiger Rag was on the wall and my Purple pillow with Orange Paw was on my bed, LOL. I love Clemson and always will and I believe in Dabo and the whole program. My Bulldogs have no chance against the Tigers so I'm not conflicted. Like I tell everyone, my blood on one side is garnet and blue and the other side is orange and purple. Clemson is about to make some major noise year in, year out nationally and Dabo will be in the ROH down the road with major wins all along the way.
