want the Circus to come to Tigertown? Because for sure, where EVER this kid winds up, it will BE a Circus. It will be the most ballyhooed signing of all time in the college QB ranks, just because of all his famous relatives.
And, make no mistake about it, those famous relatives could make a college coach's life MISERABLE, if they chose to do so.
Now, we have obviously already had some kids with famous ties, such as the Herbstreit boys. But, everyone knew going in that those kids were not star college football material. Arch Manning definitely is, as many stars as you want.
Butt, when it gets right down to Bwass Tacks, the Circus is most likely going to a school in SEC land. Who knows, maybe Arch will even try and take on the challenge of trying to be the first player to overcome Kirbying at Georgia? Now THAT would be something to see.

Now that players can be paid with cards face up on top of the table, I would venture to say Ole Miss will put together a package that will make Ringling Brothers envious.

You definitely want that kid at Clemson. ESPN will suck up his games for primetime games. Gonna increase NIL opportunity for all players. Anytime the Manning's are on campus it"s free advertising! Anyone that doesn't want a superstar "Name" on their team definitely doesn't see the big picture in today's environment. He will help a Clemson 10x more than he would help a Bama or Texas. We need this kid even if he doesn't start for first couple yrs because Cade is kicking butt!

Yeah it would be great. There would be a lot of hype surrounding him and it would be good for the Clemson brand and landing other recruits. As long as he has a good attitude there is no issue.

the investment into the circus could sustain us for a while. I for one don't really know if the kid is worth all the hype or not but i do know that elite level talent (OL,WR,RB, ETC) will flock to play with him for the marketing value that it brings. Not to mention it solidifies that Clemson is a destination for elite level talent to come and be profitable with NIL marketing. My fear is that the NiL could pick us up and drop us on our head due to the small market that Clemson is located. For the elite level guys anyway. So getting a big fish would help. But i'm pretty sure he's going to Ole Miss..sneaking suspicion.

I agree. We have no chance with him because of publicity. Clemson will never get the air time that the SEC gets. Having watched what the NIL has done to DJ, I don't think we want that circus that will accompany him.

Cade Klubnik posted a shout out to some t-shirt company on Twitter. Sure hope that’s not the start of a NIL deal or we’re gonna have to pull his scholly. Either you’re a good teammate or your’e not having a little change in his pocket doesn’t change that.
These guys deserve the same opportunity to profit off of their names as everyone else. Manning and Klubnik are big names irrespective of where they play; what I don’t like is the guy who gets paid just because of his position on a team. Getting paid 10s of thousands just because you are an OL at TX is without question a recruiting inducement and if the NCAA had any competency it would be illegal. When It comes to NIL deals the kids aren’t the problem it’s the adults.

Cade did a shout out to the company who made their state championship shirts, do your research on Cade he’s all in and all character. He definitely will get NIL hate to tell you that’s part of the game now but only an idiot would question the kids drive just because he might take advantage of an opportunity he’s worked for

This kids the rare case in the NIL era that the NIL money won't factor into his decision.
He will pick the best school for him and I believe Clemson and dabo have a great shot at him...
The reason NIL won't matter here is because no matter what school he chooses....his NIL check is guaranteed to be the largest ever...
He will make millions as a cfb player no matter if he decides to go to Alabama, Clemson or furman....
As for the circus....he is a manning....that family has always proven to be class acts...from father to Peyton to Eli to cooper to all their wives and kids.. all great people...
I believe he would fit great in Clemson....
Question is.. if CK is the player we think...he will only be a JR when Arch is a freshman and will Arch come to a program knowing he won't play as a freshman....

Do we want Deshaun Watson or Trevor Lawrence? Nah, we might have more games on national television and as a byproduct have more recruits want to play with a star quarterback. Hopefully, we don't win more games and championships if we land a star QB. That would be terrible. Get a text to Dabo and Street to hold off on his recruitment.
