A local station is doing features on it all week and the link is below. Station's GM is grandson of the architect and he never met his grandad but his older sister did. She is Beverly Diangelo the actress. She appears in the feature. Here is a link-

Just looked it up, I stand corrected. 66k in the 1920s, 78k in 1948.
