That would be my guess...staircase or elevator to the upper deck north stands.

North upper decks? It's my understanding that they were biulding that in this phase, it will allow fans in the upper deck to move between sides without existing the stadium.

I live in Greenville and in the last few weeks I have been able to feel it's power like tremors of a small quake. Can't imagine its power when it'll be finished.
