From your own link. LOL
''This is similar to when HHS, under the Trump administration, housed almost 1 thousand migrant children in Westchester- without the County's prior knowledge or approval,' spokeswoman Catherine Cioffi told the Post in a written statement."

Birmingham,
You realize trump did some things that a lot of republicans don't agree with, right?
When trump did it, it was bad. When Biden does it, it's equally as bad.

Birm's point is the phony outrage.
It's a bad policy or not. It doesn't suddenly become a bad policy because a dem does it instead of the GOP.

B'ham. A lesson in numbers.
One thousand is 1,000. Three zeros. Scientific notation 1x10^3.
One million is 1,000,000. Six zeroes. Scientific notation 1x10^6.
The one with more zeros is a larger number. About 1000x larger.

Okay, I'll say it: great.
I coached a lot of Latin kids when I was a soccer coach, including a few freshly up from Guatamala or Honduras who were illegal as he!!. The kids were fine.
I was less crazy about some of their dads - those that had them, anyhow. (A fair number were from very broken homes.) The ones from the Triangle (El Salvador, Guatamala, Honduras) often seemed to be running from stuff and often seemed edgy and distrustful, very insular and usually unfriendly...the older they were, the less well they seemed to assimilate, the more they seemed to just want to hang out in whatever little Quito they'd built with family members, though a lot of them did do dirty, dangerous, or unappealing jobs no one else wanted. I watched one migrant guy who was working as a roofer fall off a porch roof one time; he broke his arm and my son and I helped him splint it with a piece of 2" door molding and an Ace bandage. He was right back at work the next day...with that same makeshift splint on his arm.
But kids are moldable. They adapt, learn crazy-fast, change to fit their environments. They aren't set in their ways. Most of the Latin kids I coached didn't even have foreign accents, and a fair number of them no longer even spoke Spanish particularly well. They were...American kids. (Whatever anybody wanted to call them officially!) They lived here, they were used to here...and if they'd gotten deported and sent back, their "homeland" would have been alien and weird to them. A lot of them who had been back to visit absolutely hated it.
We've got a massive labor shortage, an aging population, and declining birth rates. And your solution is to turn away a bunch of kids that want to be here? Why? Because they're brown?
Kids are assets. And all our census and employment data is telling us we need more of them, not less. If we want to maintain our low-birth-rate lifestyles we need them to come from somewhere.

Facts: The majority of illegals will never come off of Medicaid and welfare. Most will never pay property tax to support their kid’s education. And more kids is the opposite of fighting climate change.

Please state sourcing of "facts".
And your third point is correct, but on the contrary, the more successful and wealthier individuals are the birth rate goes down. So by your logic, we are worsening a climate crisis by sending people back keeping people in poverty instead of giving them an opportunity to generate wealth and less offspring.

See below.
You are definitely a liberal. Create more work for me because you are lazy. This info is easy to find. I didn’t post property ownership because it’s a mf given, but I’m sure there are stats on property owned by illegals.

Lordy you love to talk out your butt.
The majority of "illegals" aren't on welfare and Medicaid, you dolt. They aren't in the system at all. They hide from the system. If Medicaid and welfare can find them, so can INS.
They work under the table, and almost never list their addresses.

Take this from my ### and chew on it.
“ Much of the almost $30 billion in medical and assistance funding is sparked by the fact that noncitizen families in the United States are twice as likely to receive welfare payments than native born families.
A full half of noncitizens receive Medicaid, compared to 23 percent of native born citizens, while almost half of noncitizens are on food stamps. Of particular concern is that noncitizens who stay in the long term are more likely to use these programs than those who just arrived. Half of new noncitizens receive welfare, but the figure jumps to a stunning 70 percent among those who have been in the United States for more than 10 years.”
