When things change and you don’t change with them and put the whole program at a disadvantage, it should be considered a dereliction of duty. He gets paid multimillion each year and he can’t stay up with the competitive times?

Stubbornness is a bad trait. Be more like Saban! Change with the times in order to stay relevant!
