Pre-implanted blastocyst? If prison offers the morning after pill (admittedly not terribly safe)
Implanted blastocyst?
(If prison offers the morning after pill to inmates who were raped ... admittedly not terribly safe ... then there would be darned little chance that a medical exam could find the 'killed' blastocyst to bring forth a case.)
Fetus with heartbeat?
Fetus that is not viable outside of the womb?
Fetus that is 'in the exit ramp' but not quite out of the tunnel?
