no, and he never will be. The standard was too high. He can play a hole, or a stretch of holes, like he always did, but his overall consistency is not there.
Plus, he does not intimidate the field any more, which was his primary edge.
He'll probably get another major somewhere down the line, but I don't think he'll ever catch Nicklaus.

he's not as dominant because of how he changed the game. He made everyone else raise their game, body, everything.

strokes to just one course. That being said, he's still great, but I don't think he'll be the machine he once was.
