Not one team ranked below #7 at this stage….

Has ever made the CFP; does anyone else love how this plays into what Dabo loves doing the most, being the first to do something?!

Let’s hope the Irish beat USC moving us up to #7.

We will stay below Bama if we both win this weekend, but we pass them by beating UNC. That’s top 6.

LSU will lose to Georgia. Top 5.

Michigan will lose to Ohio State and I’ll be rooting like hell against TCU.

That leaves Georgia and Ohio State as the automatic ins and I like our chances with a good showing these next two weeks.

Let’s let Dabo do his thing and bring another first to Clemson!

I think we jump Bama with a win Saturday. I think the rest you listed will lose including Michigan. Great shot for us if we take care of business.

Only once has a 1 loss Conference Championship Game winner been left out and that was Ohio State who was passed up for 3 undefeated and a 1 loss Oklahoma. Never by a 2 loss non champion. Only other time 1 loss teams were passed over was 2014 when 1 TCU and Baylor with no Big 12 championship did not get in.

I doubt there has ever been a 2 loss team especially 1 not playing in their championship game ranked in the Top 7 at this point.

So take care of business and see what happens!
