About a season where the fruit tree didn't produce as much fruit as the last several years and to you it means the end of our amazing run.

No my friends, our orange tree is gearing up for the next run of bountiful seasons. We just needed a little bit of adversity to fertilize our plot. This is just the beginning! Clemson is ready to bloom forth next year and the years to come! It's great to be a Tiger!!!!

Without BV we become wake forest from this year, BV attracts recruits that we won’t get without him. We are not Bama, we won’t “reload” the same way with coaches or players. We are unique and do things differently, losing BV would be devastating.

BV may leave but Clemson is more than BV. I do not believe he is going this year. It will have to be on his own terms. 3 weeks to recruit till signing day and square away the transfer portal would be a nightmare. He is happy here at Clemson. We will again be on the hunt for a national title next year. Go Tigers!

Also, CBV already has a great D here at Clemson. If he takes the job at OU, he's going to have to put that D together. They aren't all that good on D.

BV is a truly superb coach and also very good recruiter. Keep in mind that Clemson's D talent is due to the recruiting from numerous assistant coaches.

Clemson will continue to attract top shelf D-recruits in the short term. What needs to happen is for us (duh!) is to hire a new superb D-Coordinator (duh!) if BV leaves. It is also important to understand that the next D-coordinator will almost certainly be less impactful as BV.

Not saying that this is what we should do, but given Clemson's (i.e., Dabo's) culture, then Mike Reed or Mickey Conn might be the next D-coordinator.

Hopefully D.Radokovich will be creative and find a way to proactively cough up the big big raise money and maybe BV will decide to stay in Pickens County.
