You can paint over a wall. This part of Howard's Rock, however, is irreplaceable (unless we somehow magically recover the stolen chunk from the thief and super-glue it back on or something).

This really disappoints me. I was diappointed when our cockaboose was spraypainted but i honestly think thisnis worse. Our rivalry is deep but in no way is it ok to destroy personal property or an iconic symbol of any school. It will be interesting to see what unfolds. You would think the Toomer's trees would be an example to learn from but unfortunately sometimes individuals take it upon themseleves to represent the masses.

that someone would WANT to take or break something so iconic as Howard's Rock. It's beyond fathom. Spray paint on a Cockaboose, yeah. That's bad. Not irreparable, but bad. This is more like setting fire to one of the Cockabooses than painting it, or cutting off Bevo's horns. It shouldn't ever be done, or even thought about.
