Northern teams say if southern teams would just travel up there to play in December/January, games would have different outcomes. Maybe playing games outdoors in the middle of a blizzard instead of 80+ degree temps would give Cincy and Michigan advantages?

The two southern teams would have won regardless of where they play but I do think acclimatization plays a bit of a factor.

The warm weather sites for playoff games is obviously about money and making the fan experience comfortable but I wouldn't have had one problem if the lower seed team Georgia had to travel to a neutral site "say Chicago or Wisconsin" to play that game.

Y'all remember a few years ago we had to go play at BC and the main "BC advantage" the announcers talked about pre-game was Clemson not being used to the cold!! I thought that was HILL-ARIOUS!! When I was 18-25 years old, I didn't care what the temperature was, I was gonna do what I needed to do. That was ridiculous, but they were probably right about one thing. That was the closest thing BC had to an advantage that year!! (:

CFP games ever played in the same year. One outcome was preordained, and the second one was easy to see after the first series of the game.
