Can you imagine no Iron Bowl or Egg Bowl? That's what ticks

me off about those schools in the West voting conference only. It has no effect on their states with the game that is most important to them, state economy etc. How would they feel if the shoe was on the other foot.

Those decisions have a huge impact on those schools too.

You make it sound like it doesn’t impact them.

agree to a certain point, but it hurts the home team( and the community)more. 3 out of the 4 games were in ACC stadiums.

Clemson Football, the glory days are here!

It doesn't. Bama-Auburn and Ole Miss-Miss St are conference games and will be played.

I think I misunderstood your point.

It's going to affect every non-conference rivalry game...

Iowa-Iowa State
Utah-BYU
Colorado-Colorado State
Notre Dame-Michigan
Notre Dame-USCw
Notre Dame-Stanford
All four of the ACC- SEC in-state rivalries
USCe-Coastal Carolina

I'm sure I missed a couple.

The SEC, PAC 12, and the Big 10 other than ND-Michigan are lucky to have their big rivals in conference.

Ditto for Oklahoma-Texas and Oklahoma-OK State, Kansas-K State, UVa-Va Tech, etc.

NDs schedule........

Nope. I just know who their rivals are.

We could add Navy, but that's not a very competitive game.

Of course, we could say the same about the Gamecocks for us now. :)

Worth remembering that the Coots WERE in the ACC, as

well as the fact that Georgia Tech WAS in the SEC. Circumstances change. I, too, think it was a weenie decision by the SEC, but those games were at the tail end of the season. The way things keep changing, I wouldn't bet against those games being played, even now.
