This won’t be popular but I’d keep TE over the other three. Maybe not at OC though lol.

Streeter

I'd only keep TE if we demote him to position coach.

Caldwell and Grisham both need to be gone no matter what.

Can we just use the letters of their names and mix em’ all up in a Bingo roller?

TE... Streeter is a good recruiter, but not a great QB coach, I would promote JP Losman to QB coach. TE has proven he can call a great game with the right "ingredients" and part of making the ingredients right is position coaching, not just talent--the position coaches need to develop the players.

Grisham is terrible, the WRs look so lost and unprepared, that's all on him. Caldwell--no need to waste the time explaining this one... Promote Thomas Austin, or go find the best OL coach that fits our culture out there like we did with Todd Bates, wasn't the biggest name but fit us well and is a great recruiter and a good man, who by all accounts is a good coach.

Austin was brought on board to replace Caldwell when he leaves. Bank on it.

For who ever questions Tyler Grisham's experience as a D-1 college coach, here is his experience,

After his playing days, he don't have very much on the field coaching at all, IMO!!!

Streeter is given credit for any QB signed.

We can only keep one, but do we have to? If so, Grisham. I don't blame the receivers for the offensive woes, since receivers are going to drop passes if the QB is trying to break his receivers hands. The others have to go. I'd let Elliot stay as a position coach/recruiter.

Elliot ... no question. But this does not mean that the others are 'useless' or 'no good.'

Yesterday the WRs showed a lot of improvement, so does this imply that Grisham is getting better? I'd say Grisham is improving as a coach (and is already a fine recruiter).

Yesterday's OL was quite good for G's and T's (the loud Carrier Dome contributed to the frustrating False Starts); unfortunately the C was inexperienced, coming off the broken hand, and outmanned. If overall improvement in the OL is a reflection of the coaching, then the much maligned Caldwell is doing a good job (despite the bit_ _ ing on T-Net).

DJ had by far his best game, although admittedly not super great. He simply wasn't D.Watson or T.Lawrence 'ready for prime time' when he arrived, and must be coached up. With his improvement, does Streeter get any credit for the improving QB play? If improvement is a reflection of QB coaching, then Streeter is also doing a good job.

My biggest concern with Streeter is that no QBs have improved under him--DW4 just had that "gene" and the intangibles, but the stuff you see that is coaching, he regressed-- his junior year he made terrible decisions, tons of red zone INT's... Trevor was better as a true freshman than his last year. Since KB only played one year, it's hard to tell, I think he did improve and was better the year he played than in mop up duty in previous years (fumble issues). Now DJ, regressed from high school, to year one, to what we have now.

I haven't seen anything from Streeter to show he can develop a QB to an elite level, but the man sure can recruit.
