First, spray WD-40 or ether or any other flammable substance inside the tire, then use a flame of some sort to ignite the fumes.

It's not meant to inflate a tire. It's meant to provide just enough combustion to re-bead the tire onto the rim. Once that is done, you still have to put air in it.

Starting fluid works much better than WD-40.
