Definitely, and I agree, but after the Capitol riots there should be. This antifa dude is radicalized and just nuts, and needs to be locked for many years. That said, Antifa, is tiny compared to so many of the masses radicalized that supported Trump, Q, etc. They are losing/lost their minds. That's a big factor why it makes the news.

BLM matter was mostly peaceful. We had a BLM rally at Clemson. BLM stuff was all over the country. I agree though that the riots that did happen were nuts. I thought of those people were just looking to riot and loot that did act out on violence. Basically thugs and criminals that took advantage.. It's not the same as these insane Q peeps though that stormed our Capitol. . They are two different forms of idiot. Very different scenarios.

Well if you see a group of thugs burning down a Dollar STore and looting is the same as our President and the media inciting a riot, beating up the Capitol police, destroying the US Capitol, searching for our elected officials, all in an attempt to stop an election, well then they are the exact same. All that was watched around the world. I guess I can see the difference. You don't. There is nothing shocking about riots among fringes of black people in the streets. I have seen it so many times in my life. The attack on the US Capitol is different to me. I guess we are just different people. That's cool. We all are different. You see them as the same. Fair enough.

How about all the police what were killed in the BLM riots? Or the entire precinct that was set on fire with police inside? And for the record- BLM protests were far from “fringes of black people”. It was a coordinated ploy encouraged a and deliberately cheered on from the highest levels of the Democratic Party.

I’ll start with the disclaimer here to keep the blood pressure issues to a minimum: I did/ do not support anyone who broke any laws at the Jan 6 rally. If you assaulted police or damaged any gov property- you should be 100% held accountable for your actions.
My only point here is the hypocrisy. How are the BLM rallies/ riots mostly peaceful with 34 deaths and over $900MM in damage? I’m not asking anyone to dismiss Jan 6th, but you cannot be taken as anything but a lying political tribalism when you’re feigning outrage at Jan 6th and calling BLM riots “mostly peaceful” in the same breath. You could easily say, by the same standards, Jan 6th was mostly peaceful... but that doesn’t quite spin the narrative the way you want I presume.

After a year of riots all over the country the media narrative was "mostly peaceful protests". For the capital riot, it was an "coupe attempt to install a new government"

They found 11 bombs in a car as well that was loaded with ammunition and made an arrest too. That guy was from Alabama. They also arrested a guy with 1 homemade bomb who came in from Florida There were 3 people so far, but 1 not found yet, but very likely part of it all. They also had people that had their hotel room loaded with weapons who came in from out of state.

They brought them in from Alabama and various other states. They were waiting for the revolution that was going to be happening. These Q morons thought they were going to be joined by the military and Trump and then they would be part of it. Storming the Capitol was just beginning of their idiotic plan. They had their explosives and guns and what not for when it all went down. They were there for a revolution one would say. WHy do you think they brought explosives in from Alabama and parked near by and then went to the riot? They would go back and get them. The cops found them first. They had their junk for what they thought would eventually happen. They thought they were part of something bigger. They came prepared and ready to use them when the situation developed. It's pretty straightforward.

Okay. I will go with your view. It was just some peaceful dude from Alabama with 11 bombs and shyatt load of ammunition parked near by who went to the "rally" to be peaceful. He just forgot that peaceful stuff was in his truck and by the time he got on the road it was too late to return it back to Alabama. He would have missed the "rally". Maybe he brought all of that stuff to DC from Alabama and on the way home to Alabama he was going out into the countryside in some open space and just play around. I think you are probably accurate and he was just a good guy going to a peaceful rally who happened to park too close with his 11 bombs and ammunition...Common mistake. Hopefully they don't charge him.
