A working group within the CFP management committee this week considered dozens of possibilities for future expansion, including options ranging from six to 16 teams, though no change to the current four-team format is imminent.

why not? it'll make the post season meaningful to more than 4 teams.. i miss the anticipation of the citrus bowl.. the peach bowl.. the cotton bowl.. etc... w/ the current 4 team playoff, those other bowls are meaningless, now. i think an expansion would be good.. sure, it'll be harder to get to the national championship.. but, it'll make for awesome 'win or go home' games..

Just cut a game out of regular season. I’m so thankful We have had so much success during this era but you can see the fatigue of the 15 games imo.

are you telling me you like seeing the same 3 teams with and oklahoma/washington wild card every year? the UCF's and Boise's of the world will finally get in, then get creamed, but maybe they will shut up about not getting respect. I see it as a win win. plus you may get some good upsets like in march madness
