Do you start putting Dr on everything you sign, or everywhere you name is shown at work, even if your Phd had absolutely nothing to do with your job?

I don't think she has ever even put RN behind her name unless she had to.
Now one of my good friends is a social worker. He's got all kinds of letters he can put behind his name. I don't know if he does or not but we joke about it sometimes.
I use PE behind my name anytime it is required by law but no other time.

I did not have what it takes to stick it out. I wanted a bigger paycheck than PhD students made. I was smart enough but did not want to put in the work necessary to earn the title.
