Key word there being ‘museum’...which is where much of this history belongs as you say. I agree history is history and should be taught and learned as it happened. We can preserve that history, however bad, without continuing to let it exist and be celebrated in our public spaces.

Did not say we should celebrate it. Is watching Gone With the Wind celebrating or learning history. Can’t watch that anymore. Movie is being pulled. There are groups now that want the Washington monument taken down. Where does it stop or will it stop.

It want stop as long as we continue to give in to the pressure’s of these rich athletes, rich Hollywood liberals and lobbyists groups like BLM. We removed the confederate flag from the State House. What did that accomplish other than once the flag was removed they want civil war memorial’s removed. Which many states are doing right now.
If we rename 2 buildings at Clemson they will want more. It’s like a have said you give and inch then they demand a mile.
These groups behind these protest and violence associated with them are well organized and well funded. Some funded the the Clinton and Obama Foundations as well as other groups. These protest have a political agenda. IMO I don’t believe BLM is a concerned about GF as they are about making sure President Trump is not re-elected.

Everybody that don't have any American Indian heritage should leave this country and give it back to the Indians, that is if we feel that we should correct history and do what's right. If that isn't what is wanted, let's all try and live together in peace and do right by one another the best we can!!!

Where would you put the dividing lines between the Indian nations? Since they were fighting and conquering and taking land, it changed over time. And they had slaves too, before and after Europeans came to North America.

It want stop until we realize racism is a two way street and tolerance must be practiced by both sides. Also we have too much pandering by politicians too get votes...
